The Trailer of Avrodh web series has been released 3 days ago. Avrodh is based on the 2016 surgical strike of the Indian Army. After the terrorist attack of 2016 at Indian Army Headquarters Uri located in Jammu and Kashmir which killed 19 soldiers, the way in which the Indian Army took revenge by attacking terrorist camps in Pakistan shows the courage of the Indian army.

The decision of a surgical strike over terrorist camps was really appreciated by Indian citizens. In fact, the previous year a movie was made on this bravery act of the Army whose name is Uri: The Surgical Strike. Vicky Kaushal (as Major Vihaan Singh Shergill) has played a lead role in the movie. Along with him the other cast of the film includes, Mohit Raina (as Major Karan Kashyap), Paresh Rawal (as Govind Bhardwaj), and Yami Gautam (as Pallavi Sharma).

What Took Place on 28-29 September 2016?

On the night of 28-29 September around 35-70 soldiers of the Indian Army entered near the region of POK, thereafter the soldiers attacked and destroyed terrorist camps near LOC. In this way, the Indian Army took revenge on the terrorist strike at Uri on a military camp. The world knows this mission in the name of a Surgical Strike by India over Pakistan.

In the Army’s history, it has been observed very little when action against crossing borders has taken. Indian soldiers by destroying the camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed situated at POK had given mouth shutting answers to terrorism.
