Now, the 1st question that strikes our mind is which one is the best web series in India between Undekhi or Avrodh? Last month on 10th July Undekhi was published over Sony Liv. Since I’m a fan of crime web shows and series, I watched ‘Undekhi’ on the day of its release, and Believe me I watched every single episode with keen interest.
The way in which Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Surya Sharma, Harsh Chhaya, Ankur Rathee, Abhishek Chauhan, Anchal Singh, Ayn Zoya
and Apeksha Porwal acted throughout the web series was just awesome.
Now, If I say frankly I’m impressed with the brilliant acting of Divbyendu Bhattacharya. The way he dedicated himself to play the character of DSP Barun Ghosh is just great.
If you have watched the web series the story starts from Sunderbans which takes us very early to Manali. As the story continues audience experience, 2 killings within 30 minutes. Now, DSP Barun Ghosh gets the task to inspect the killing case of a Police cop that took place in Sunderban.
The corpse of that dead policeman was seen in the Jungle. Now, DSP is chasing 2 ethnic females who are blamed for the murder. This complete web series has been shown to the audience with a set of 10 episodes. If you follow my opinion you won’t feel bored while watching any of the episodes.
If we consider IMDb ratings there also Undekhi performed superbly. It collected a whopping 8.2 stars that prove how much people loved it. I think it is one of the crucial regions why it is one of the best web series in India.

Avrodh: The Siege Within
Avrodh is my best web series on Sony liv I’m a great fan of Amit Sadh and when I watched Avrodh Season 1 I became his bigger fan. Either you talk about Amit Sadh, Madhurima Tuli, Darshan Kumar, or Vikram Gokhale all played their roles superbly.
The episodes of Avrodh Season 1 have been made according to the Book “India’s Most Fearless” whose authors are Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh. There is a total of 9 episodes in the web series in which the beginning 7 episodes show the strategy regarding the strike and the remaining episodes show the operation.
This complete operation was unknown to the various experienced ministers of the party. The episodes all show the demise of Army officer Bilawal Wani, and also the working of Army and terrorist teams in Jammu and Kashmir state of India. Avrodh also shows the entrance of Pakistan in LOC battles and several other things like this have been shown.
The most interesting and appealing thing that I have found in the Avrodh season 1 is its story even if you have watched this thrilling series you may have experienced the same thing. The combination of story and acting is one of the important factors that gave us high goosebumps and a feeling of pride after watching it.
While 7.6 stars with more than 1780+ reviews on the IMDb is what pulled major people to watch the Avrodh. Although many people have watched Uri movie, Yet it was the curiosity in their minds to know about the surgical strike that pulled them to watch the whole Avrodh season 1.
Either you talk about story, direction, or acting all parameters were excellent and that’s why it raised the question of which is the best web series in India.
Therefore, It is very difficult to pick anyone from the above, but if you go through ratings you will prefer Undekhi over Avrodh. But, If you are a great fan of the Indian Army and you are filled with a feeling of patriotism then your favorite should be Avrodh: The Siege Within.
