Travelers Season 4 – How Has The Show Progressed So Far?
Travelers is a science fiction television series that centers on time travel. A group of five people, led by a mysterious “Director,” journey from a dreary and very dark future. In essence, they may project/transfer their consciousness to a human being in the twenty-first century who is dying or about to die.
A Historian, a Medic, two troops, and one commander make up each squad. Their consciousness is transplanted to a random individual of the same gender from the future. They continue to lead normal lives of the host while inhabiting their bodies and persist to work for their mission as well. The historian is well-versed in current and future events in the twenty-first century, and may thus influence or modify them.
There is a suggestion that other comparable teams are working on different objectives with a strict segmented need-to-know basis.
In the last episode of Season 3, we see that one more attempt is made to save the planet yet again. Mac travels 17 years back to his recent host’s torso and sends a message to the Director telling him about how the first version of the Travelers’ programme will fail and how they should not transmit 001 and also requests them to begin with the second version of the Travelers’ Programme.
Speculating that Travelers Season 4 makes a comeback, we can expect the series to pick up from where it left i.e. version two of the Travelers’ stimulation.

Travelers Season 4 has been discontinued. The show has reportedly been cancelled by Netflix and is no longer being produced.
The show was discontinued after its first network presentation in 2018. Following that, a deal was struck with Netflix to produce the show and broadcast it. The sitcom was terminated after three seasons, according to Eric McCormack.

Travelers Season 4- Why Was Season 4 Revoked?
Netflix has not issued any statement as to why the show has been cancelled but it is believed that one of the reasons included the low number of spectators.
Eric McCormack was the one to break the news about the cancellation of Travelers Season 4. He took to his Twitter account to express his gratitude to ‘fellow Travelers’ for showering Season 3 with immense love and gave the heartbreaking news about the discontinuation of Travelers Season 4.

The ratings gradually dropped after the release of the second season. Who knows maybe in the future when the fan base for Travelers increases (fingers crossed), the makers may reconsider their decision of cancelling Travelers Season 4.

Travelers Season 4 Cast- Is Anybody New Joining The Show?
Since the series has been discontinued, we cannot expect any new stars to join the show and grace us with their performance. However, optimistically assuming that the show makes a comeback in the future, one can vouch to see the following actors –
- Grant MacLaren, the team’s commander, is played by Eric McCormack who plays a married FBI special agent.
- Marcy Warton, the team’s medic, takes on the identity of an intellectually challenged lady, played by MacKenzie Porter.
- Carly Shannon, the team’s tactician, happens to be a stay-at-home single mother played by Nesta Cooper.
- Trevor Holden, the team’s engineer and one of the world’s oldest individuals, takes on the persona of a high school athlete, played by Jared Abrahamson.
- Philip Pearson, the team’s historian, takes on the persona of a college-aged heroin addict, played by Reilly Dolman.
- Patrick Gilmore plays Marcy’s social worker and later love interest, David Mailer.
