Everybody loves rom-com and this rom-com will also melt your heart as well. The story of the show revolves around a cute chubby boy Masamune Makabe who was totally in love with a gorgeous girl Aki Adagaki who was wealthy and extremely popular.
They both were in a very close relationship until Aki badly insulted him and rejected him in front of everyone and also gave him the nickname “Pig’s Foot”.
After this shameful incident, Masamune Makabe decided to take revenge on Aki. He changed his name, started dieting, and worked out every single day to become a fit and handsome high school student.
When he entered the school again, Aki was not able to recognize him. Taking advantage of that, Masamune tried to seduce her and made her in love with him and later rejected her in the same way she did with a lot of embarrassment.
He ended up being friends with Aki’s servant and classmate Yoshino Koiwai, who was a kind and beautiful girl who already knew his old nickname given by Aki.

On the 23rd of June, 2016, Ichjindsha, the publisher of the manga series announced the creation of season 1 of Masamune-Kun No Revenge. The first season of the show was aired from the 5th of January 2017 to the 27th of March 23, 2017, with a total of 12 episodes. Later another OVA episode was released on July 27, 2018, which makes the show officially 13 episodes show.
Amazing news for those of you who are waiting for the release of Masamune-Kun No Revenge Season 2, as on April 2, 2022, another season of the show titled Masamune-Kun’s Revenge R was announced and will surely be released soon.

Masamune-Kun No Revenge Season 2 Plot – What Will Happen In The Upcoming Season?
Masamune-Kun No Revenge Season 2 is on the way and everyone is curious to know about the plot of this season. You must have heard the phrase, “Everything is fair in Love and War”, the show describes it all.
The series shows how a young teenage boy Masamune Makabe falls in love with a close friend Aki, who rejected him because he was chubby and later gave him the nickname “Pig’s Foot”.
Masamune felt really embarrassed and wanted to take revenge on her. He started losing weight and also started changing his personality and also his name so that no one could recognize him.
He later converted himself into one of the hottest students in his high school and as his revenge, he made Aki completely in love with him and then rejected her with the same embarrassing feelings.
Later, after his revenge, Masamune got extremely close with Aki’s classmate and her maid, Yoshino Koiwai, who already knew about the nickname Aki gave him.
As for season 2, the chapter is not finished yet, the story of Masamune and Aki will continue. According to the next chapter of the manga, they both along with their classmates will go to Paris for a field trip. It will create a lot of awkward interactions between them.
The production is still in progress and nothing is revealed about the plot of the second season but the series will release anytime soon.
