A South Korean manhwa which is also later premiered as a webtoon, Tower of God is a dark-action fantasy whose author is S.I.U aka Lee Jong Hui. The show was both released as anime and manhwa, and fans loved both versions all around the world. The show firstly premiered in South Korea on Naver Series On and later aired in Japan as well.

Tower Of God Season 2 – What We Know So Far?
Season 1 of Tower Of God shows the story of a boy called Bam, who climbs up a magical tower to find a girl named Rachel, who is also left to climb the same tower. Bam spent most of his entire life trapped inside the tower with her. When Rachel managed to climb up the tower, Bam also tried to open the door and he succeed.
Whoever reaches the top of this mysterious tower gets everything they ever wanted. When Bam, Rachel, and other people climb up the tower, they faced a lot of struggles and had to pass a lot of impossible tests to get what they want. They also made many sacrifices during their journey.
Later it turns out that all the tasks and challenges were there only to separate the group so that anyone who is a threat to the tower can be removed. When the top of the tower was near, Rachel pushed Bam to his assumed death. Season 1 ended with Rachel’s betrayal towards Bam as all he ever wanted was to take Rachel to the top of the tower. The show also ended with Bam’s grieving friends.

The manhwa/webtoon version of the show was released on 30th June 2010 and the anime version of the show was aired from April to June 2020 with a total number of 13 episodes in it. Crunchyroll licensed the anime version of the show for its streaming service.
On the 6th of August 2022, the production of the show officially announced that the show will definitely be going to release another season as the first season was extremely loved by the fans. Crunchyroll already confirmed that the second season is in production and will stream in the future on Crunchyroll.
